This explains what personal data Troya collects and how we use it.

  1. Who we are. Troya, an online coaching service operated by Wael Amor and John Tubig, Dubai (JBR), UAE. Contact: hello@troya.coach.
  2. Data we collect. Your name and contact details; age; health information from the PAR-Q (conditions, injuries, medications); goals; progress data, measurements, and photos you send; communications with your coach; and payment information (handled by our processors — we do not store your card numbers).
  3. How we use it. To match you with a coach, build and adjust your program, communicate with you, take payment, keep records, and improve our service.
  4. Tools and processors we use. Your data may be stored or processed by: Fillout (forms), Everfit (coaching platform), Notion (client management), Airwallex and Stripe (payments), and WhatsApp (communication). Each has its own privacy terms.
  5. Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors above, as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
  6. Retention. We keep your data while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
  7. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@troya.coach.
  8. Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
  9. Minors. Troya is for adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
  10. Changes. We may update this policy; the latest version applies.
